Hi! I’m Regan, the owner and occupational therapist behind Adapted Family Solutions. I specialize in family and parent coaching to support challenging behaviors at home and in the community. I am passionate about helping children and families overcome any challenges impacting independence and participation in valued occupations!

Originally from Missouri, I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Maryville University in St. Louis. After a few years in Columbia, my husband Evan and I took a leap and moved to Phoenix, where we now enjoy hiking, relaxing with our cat, and trying out new restaurants around town.
